With over 13 years of high-performance coaching experience, Alyce leads the Southern Performance Centre at Sutherland Leisure Centre. Previously, Alyce directed successful programs at Aquablitz, consistently developing athletes to state, national, and NSW representative levels.
Since joining the Southern Performance Centre in 2024, Alyce has helped create a high-performance environment focused on athlete growth and strong results. Their coaching philosophy emphasises long-term development, discipline, and a strong team culture.
As part of Swimming NSW’s Towards 32 Program, Alyce is dedicated to preparing the next generation of elite swimmers for Brisbane 2032 and beyond.

Calum joins the program after a successful tenure as Assistant Head Coach at Trinity Grammar School, where he coached Australian Age Champions for four consecutive years. Recognised for his sharp technical eye and commitment to sustainable athlete development, Calum is regarded as one of the rising stars of NSW coaching.
His appointment marks a full-circle moment, returning to the club he proudly represented as a young swimmer during some of SLC Aquadot’s most successful years.

Kai brings passion and expertise to developing young athletes toward their first Age Nationals qualifying times. A former Junior National Team member and NSWIS athlete, Kai has earned multiple national open water titles, state championships, and medals at the Australian Surf Life Saving Championships.
Now focused on coaching, Kai helps swimmers build confidence and skills while studying a Bachelor of Exercise Science to deepen his knowledge of performance. Outside the pool, he remains active through surf lifesaving coaching at Cronulla Surf Club.

Kyan has a lifelong passion for swimming. A former national-level athlete, Kyan now focuses on developing the next generation of swimmers, helping them build strong fundamentals, refine technique, and grow in confidence both in and out of the water.
With experience coaching athletes aged 8 to 16 and learning alongside Head Coach, Alyce Bradac, Kyan has honed a coaching style that emphasises skill development, enjoyment, and long-term growth.
Excited for this next chapter, Kyan is committed to supporting junior squad members as they reach their potential and embrace the vibrant community.

With over 20 years of experience, Yola is a Swimming Australia Licensed Advanced Coach, Silver Licence Coach, and Open Water Specialist. Combining expertise in swimming, Pilates, and yoga, Yola takes a holistic approach to performance - building strength, flexibility, and mental resilience.
A former SLC Aquadot State Squad Coach, Yola has guided athletes to medal-winning success, national qualifications, and JX Achievement Awards. Personally, Yola has conquered open water marathons, competed at World Championships and Masters Games, and achieved Ironman Age Group Gold Status (top 2% worldwide).
Passionate about technical excellence and individual growth, Yola inspires swimmers to push boundaries and reach their full potential - whether in the pool or open water.

Noah began his swimming journey in high school, training in competitive squads and representing both his school and club at state championships.
During Year 12 and his first year of university, he worked as a Learn to Swim instructor and gained coaching experience by shadowing senior coaches. In December 2024, he took on a primary coaching role with the Blue Sharks Squad while also supporting other groups such as the Junior State Squad.
With knowledge from his Health Science degree, Noah has expanded his coaching to include gym and spin sessions, making him a versatile and dedicated member of the team.

Bridget brings over 12 years of competitive swimming experience, including Nationals and Olympic Trials. For the past six years, she has dedicated herself to teaching and coaching, complemented by four years in swim school management. Bridget is passionate about creating a fun, supportive environment where swimmers feel confident and motivated. Outside the pool, she loves running, swimming, and spending time keeping active with her dog, Archie.
