School programs

We offer a variety of school sports programs for children in kindergarten up to Year 12. A minimum of 10 students is required to secure a booking.

Please find below more information about each of the sports we offer.

Our Austswim and Swim Australia qualified instructors teach a balance of water safety and swimming skills in a friendly and safe environment. The program is structured for two levels of water awareness and seven levels of learn-to-swim.

Flippaball is a non-contact, modified version of water polo, designed to get more children under the age of 12 years old playing water polo in a fun environment.

Our life saving program is run in line with the Royal Lifesaving Society's Swim and Survive levels incorporating swimming, water safety skills as well as basic first aid and resuscitation skills.

Group exercise using the resistance of the water.  A high energy workout for overall fitness and toning, resulting in an increased heart rate.  The session is programmed to suit the age and fitness level of the students and includes fun activities to keep the students interested.

We offer aerobics and circuit classes for school programs. Aerobics is a pre-choreographed class using high and low impact moves.  Circuit is a high intensity class incorporating  resistance and cardio stations at set intervals.

School swimming carnivals

Schools can book and hold their swimming carnival at one of our centres at Sutherland, Engadine and Caringbah.

The pricing is based on the total of attended students for the carnival, which will be invoiced after the event. There is also an administration fee for the booking.

When requesting a booking, please include preferred dates, approximate number of students and choice of Centre.
