Personal training is available at Sutherland and Engadine Leisure Centres with 45-minute sessions available.

Our Personal Trainers are Certificate III and IV qualified and specialise in a variety of areas including: weight loss, resistance training, strength and conditioning, injury rehabilitation and pre and postnatal training.
