No, our team does not host or run parties. You can hire a space and enjoy the facilities and celebrate your way.

Booking our Pool Room includes exclusive use of the room next to the water park at Sutherland Leisure Centre. The room features airconditioning, ceiling fans, tables and chairs, and refrigerator with freezer for you to use.

Engadine Leisure Centre balcony features two picnic tables for exclusive use. Requests for refrigeration of a cake will be considered on request.

Facility hire does not include entry fees which must be purchased in addition to hire fees.

Yes, we can arrange a tour prior to booking our party spaces. These are available Monday to Friday and arranged with our booking team. You can contact us online to set up a time.

Yes. You can purchase general entry for your group and use shared areas. Availability of these spaces are not guaranteed without booking.

We follow the Keep Watch at Public Pools program from Royal Life Saving Australia that explains the importance of active supervision and your responsibilities.

For children aged 0-5, a parent or guardian must be in the water at all times, staying close enough to reach out to the child. You can purchase a Party Guest - Adult entry for these guests.

All other children still require active supervision. A Supervising Adult entry can be added to your party booking for those who aren't entering the water.

When you arrive for your party, please see our friendly team at reception who will provide you with wristbands for your party. These bands will grant your guests access to the centre.

We ask that you meet your party guest out the front of the centre, either outside Waratah All Abilities Playground at Sutherland Leisure Centre or at the base of the stairs at Engadine Leisure Centre.

Guests can simply show their wristbands to reception who will open the gate for them.

To allow for decorating and set up before your party, we allow access to the party organiser 30-minutes prior to the booking. This gives you time to collect your wristbands, set up any decorations and food.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and decorations to help make your celebration your own. Alcohol and glass aren’t allowed, and we ask that decorations are taken down after your booking and the space is left tidy for the next group.

Sutherland Leisure Centre has an on-site café with a range of food and treats available if you’d prefer an easy option on the day.

Yes, your group can enjoy all pools at the centre as part of your visit. The outdoor toddler pools and water park are open seasonally from October to April, so availability may vary depending on the time of year.
